Union Representatives shall be active members of the Union. 

Union Representatives (URs) are elected from each school or work location based upon a ratio of one (1) representative to every twenty (20) members or fraction thereof, up to a maximum of  5 representatives for each school or work location.  Each school or work location shall have at least one (1) representative.
