Site Leaders (formerly call Association Reps/ARs) shall be active members of the Association. 

One Site Leader (SL) shall be elected by secret ballot for every twenty (20) active members or major fraction thereof in every worksite or faculty unit.  Every worksite or faculty unit shall be entitled to a minimum of one Site Leader.  The number of Site Leaders elected shall be determined by the number of active members at the time of the election; however, a subsequent increase in membership shall result in the worksite or faculty unit becoming eligible for additional representatives, according to the formula given in this section.
